Named agent - prospect research

The AI prospect research agent.

The research a good rep does before a first email, done for every account on the list. What moved at the company, who a document names as holding the decision, and a six-touch sequence written against what you actually sell.

The problem

Account research is the part of selling that everybody agrees matters and nobody has time for. Done properly it takes twenty minutes an account: read the recent news, check the filings, look at what they are hiring for, work out who owns the problem. Multiply by a list of two hundred and it does not happen, so the email goes out generic and the reply rate says so.

The usual fix makes it worse. A tool inserts a first name and a company name into a template and calls it personalisation, which every buyer now recognises on sight. What actually changes a reply is a specific, recent, true thing about that company - and that has to be read, not merged.

What arrives
  • Prospect Intel - One signal turned into a verdict, an opening, who to reach and a six-touch sequence each.
  • Decision-makers - Who holds the decision, and the document that named them. Nothing bought, nothing guessed.
  • Accounts - Fit and momentum per company, with the evidence behind both scores.
Who does the work

The agents on this job, and how each one proves itself

Each line is the agent's own description from the roster the product runs on, not a paraphrase written for this page.

  1. 01 · Scout

Finds what is on the record. Thirty credible sources, read for every company you watch. The list of sources, and their licences, is on the Trust page.

  2. 02 · Recruiter

Reads hiring as intent. Job postings, from the boards companies post them on. A requisition is a company stating in public what it will pay for.

  3. 03 · Regulator

Tracks filings and rules. SEC filings and US Federal Register documents, each one opening the filing itself.

  4. 04 · Mapper

Keeps the decision-makers current. People named only where a document names them, and the document is always linked. Nothing is bought, and nothing is guessed about anybody.

  5. 05 · Sifter

Decides what matters. Every signal carries the score that let it through, and everything held back stays in a log you can read.

  6. 06 · Analyst

Writes the brief. The brief, written from the shortlisted signals, with every line tracing to a dated source.

What it reads

What it does not do
  • A person is named only where a document on the record names them. No contact database is bought, no email address is guessed from a pattern, and no personal detail is inferred from anything.
  • It does not provide personal phone numbers or private email addresses, and it never will. What it provides is who, in what role, named in which document.
  • An account with no recent public activity produces a thin page, and the page says so rather than padding itself with the company boilerplate.
  • The sequence is a draft written from the evidence. It is meant to be read and edited by the person sending it, not fired automatically.
Which plan

Prospect Intel is included on Growth and Enterprise. Decision-makers and Accounts are part of the revenue lens, which every plan can choose.

Questions

What people ask

Where do the contact names come from?
From documents that name them - a filing, a leadership page, a newsroom post, a job advert signed by a hiring manager. The document is linked next to the name. Nothing is bought from a contact database and nothing is inferred about anybody.
Do you provide email addresses?
No. The product tells you who holds the decision and shows the document that says so. How you reach them is yours to decide, and buying personal contact data is not something this product does.
What makes the opening better than a merge field?
It is built on a specific recent event at that company - a filing, a role they are hiring for, a change to their pricing page - which is the thing a reader recognises as real. The event is linked, so the rep can check it before sending.
Can it run across a whole target list?
Yes, within the number of companies the plan watches. That number is the main thing the plans differ on.
