Use case - Competitor analysis report

A competitor analysis report, researched by AI agents, for US$1.

Name a market and one competitor, choose the lens, and eleven AI agents research that single question into a short report: the headline findings, the evidence behind each, a country map, a relationship map and the next steps. Read it online, download the PDF.

The problem

A competitor analysis report usually means a week of tabs, a template nobody trusts and a deck whose claims cannot be traced to a document. The alternative is an agency report that costs more than the decision it informs and arrives after the decision is made.

What arrives

  • Headline findings on the competitor, each one opening its source document and date
  • A country map and a relationship map drawn from the cited documents
  • The report as a web page and as a PDF, delivered to your status page
  • One lens question per sample: pricing, hiring, funding, technology, regulation, expansion or any of the fifteen
  • The sample once, for US$1; an optional monthly update on the same market is separate
Who does the work

The agents on the job, in the order they work

  1. 01 · Scout

Reads the competitor’s own statements, filings, careers pages, pricing captures and the independent reporting on them, and keeps each document with its date.

  2. 02 · Verifier

Checks each finding against a second source, and says when there is none. Agreement is reported as agreement, never as proof.

  3. 03 · Mapper

Draws the country map and the relationship map from the documents the report cites, so a reader sees where the competitor operates and who it works with.

  4. 04 · Analyst

Writes the headline findings in plain words, each one linked to the document behind it, and ends with the next steps a reader can act on.

What it does not do

  • A sample report answers one lens question on one competitor, from up to sixty documents. It is a sample of the work, not the whole workspace.
  • It reads what a competitor shows on its own site and what independent sources report. Private prices, internal plans and anything behind a login are not visible to it and are never guessed.
  • It does not forecast. The report says what the documents say and what they do not, and leaves the prediction to you.
Which plan

The sample is US$1, once, no subscription. The full workspace researches 12 companies on Starter, checked daily, and 40 on Growth, every six hours.

Questions

What people ask

What does the US$1 actually buy?
One sample report on one market and one competitor, through one lens, read online and as a PDF. It is not the subscription, and nothing recurs unless you separately choose the monthly update.
How long does the report take?
The research runs as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the status page shows each stage with a time estimate from the last runs rather than a countdown.
Which cards are accepted?
The charge is in US dollars. Cards issued by banks outside India are accepted; a card issued by an Indian bank cannot pay a US-dollar charge on this checkout, and the page says so before you try.
Can I pick the competitor and the question?
Yes. The form asks for the market, the competitor and the lens, and the report is written on exactly that.
