Use case - Hiring signals

See which accounts are hiring, for what, and how fast it changed.

A requisition is a company stating in public what it will spend money on. Recruiter reads the job boards companies post on and tells you when the volume, the roles or the pay moves.

The problem

A company that posts twelve data engineering roles in a fortnight has a project, a budget and a deadline. That is the best buying signal a seller or a staffing firm gets, and it is usually noticed a month late by someone scrolling a careers page.

What arrives
  • A hiring digest: where demand moved, and which company moved it
  • Roles & rates: requisition volume against advertised pay, where the posting states it
  • A skills map of what is being asked for together
  • Demand alerts that fire on a volume or rate shift
  • On the Revenue lens, hiring shown as a buying signal next to the account
Who does the work

The agents on the job, in the order they work

  1. 01 · Recruiter

Reads the job boards companies post on (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee) for every company you watch.

  2. 02 · Historian

Reads the last ninety days first, so your first brief already shows how each company’s hiring has moved.

  3. 03 · Sifter

Scores each shift by size and recency and keeps the ones worth acting on.

  4. 04 · Analyst

Writes what changed and why it matters into your brief, each line linked to the postings behind it.

What it does not do
  • It reads the job boards listed above. A company that hires only through agencies, or posts only on boards it does not read, shows less.
  • Pay is shown only where the posting states it. Nothing is estimated.
  • It does not scrape LinkedIn or any site whose terms forbid it.
Which plan

The Talent lens and the Revenue lens both use it, on every plan. Starter includes one lens; Growth any three at once.

Questions

What people ask

Which job boards does it read?
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Recruitee: the boards companies run their own careers pages on. It does not read LinkedIn.
Is hiring really a buying signal?
Often the clearest one. A company hiring for a capability is spending on it now, and the roles tell you the project. It is shown as a signal with the postings attached, so you can judge it yourself.
Can I see advertised salaries?
Where the posting states a range, yes, on the Roles & rates and Rate cards views. Where it does not, nothing is filled in.
